    Day 67 (or 169)...

    I wrote a massive post earlier while walking the dog and my phone died and it went

    But basically, I haven't been tracking or weighing in for the last 3 weeks due to a number of reasons and excuses. Last week was freshers week so a lot of alcohol was consumed. Since living in the house though I have eaten clean!

    I went to the gym Friday, and today I ran around a park here in Liverpool, as part of couch to 5k. I feel ready to move on to week 4 now which is good as I haven't ran in ages because of my ankle!

    So we're having a massive house party in Nottingham next Saturday, my sister and friends from Liverpool are coming down and friends from reading coming up! I can't wait

    However... This marks the last lot of drinking for a while as after this I'm doing a 14 day detox, which excludes alcohol, meat, bad foods. I hope to carry on the alcohol ban until Christmas (but we'll see how this works out...)

    Really excited... I'm starting boxing on Tuesday! I'm gunna go on my own for the taster session and see how I like it. I love the idea of boxing, it should help channel some of my emotion too.

    Got to make an appointment for the doctors regarding a couple of things too. (Note to self really)

    Basically although I know I've not been 100%, I definitely don't feel as if I've fallen down that bad. Weighing in tomorrow and having a 100% 5 days before a mental weekend!

    Loads of people have commented on my transformation and I'm proud of myself so far.. Just got to do it again, twice, and a bit more!

    Okay so the past 2 days have been 100%

    I got up and went for a run early this morning. This was my first time running outside in Nottingham, and I did a route that I thought would be 3 miles but it was only 1.8!! So I've redrawn one online to do next time.

    I'm boxing tonight :-)

    I ordered some scales yesterday so I have some for uni, and also some more high5 zero tablets woohoo!

    Yesterday I cooked 300g wholewheat pasta, 4 salmon fillets, broccoli and carrots for 4 x meals. Got 2 left, one for lunch and dinner.

    Still here guys, been off plan completely for the last couple weeks. Back on today, been for a run

    Despite this, the scales have gone down but I'll track tomorrow on official WI.

    Today was my best run yet, which is good

    Had the best couple of weeks though, been out a few times with friends had the best time. But now I'm coming off alcohol for a bit Starting the teatox that I bought a few weeks ago :P

    Hello hello everyone! I am back, it's been a while hasn't it!!

    I've been majorly off plan, I'm not making excuses, I've been a lazy cow and I've eaten loads!
    I've had a real tough semester, I've had some personal things to get through, but right now my head is starting to come round to a really good place! Cut a long story short, I got involved with someone who I just should have avoided from day 1, it really screwed me over... my head was all over the place, I couldn't focus on my studies, and I was actually really depressed. I got into bad habits of going out too much and not attending lectures. I got really ill with tonsillitis and my immune system couldn't fight it, I had 2 different types of anti-biotics.

    Anywaaaaaaay, since then, I've got my results from uni and I did rather bloody well, surprisingly, and taking everything into consideration! I am now in my second semester of my second year, I've already started with amazing motivation, studying out of class and attending all my lectures, I've met a lovely lady (oh I came out as gay...) and we are really really happy. She's so good for me, she's motivated, ambitious and totally dedicated to what she does and it's really rubbing off on me.

    Anyway, now, I KNOW KNOW KNOW, it's time to start back on the diet. I started 10 months ago in April 2013, and now Feb 14, I'm starting again. I think I've put on just over a stone since my very lowest weight of 16st 2lb, so I reckon I'm about 17st 4lb, I'm going to hop on to the scales in the morning and update all my statistics on here and myfitnesspal etc so It's a clean start.

    I'm going to go a bit extreme to give myself a kick start. Going to start with herbalife. Sooo, one shake in the morning, one for lunch, some snacks (seeds/fruit/protein) and then I'll have a protein packed dinner. I'm going to start running again tomorrow too, I haven't been for a while. For Christmas though I got loaaads of fitness related gifts like a Polar heart rate monitor and loads of lovely nike kit and running shoes! lush

    I'm also going to go ahead and plan my food the night before according to what I have in. A weeks plan does not work for me, being a student I always have different things in and it's just not convenient. Soo my plan for tomorrow is as follows (I have a 9am-7pm day of lectures with library in between).

    Breakfast:
    Cappacino Herbalife Shake made with Soya milk - 250
    Sunflower seeds 23g - 135
    Mint choc chip Herbalife shake - 250
    Banana (lge) - 110
    White fish, Cous cous, green beans - 500
    Greek yogurt and mixed berries - 250
    TOTAL: 1495

    Hey, think we have quite a bit in common - similar weight and both in our second year of uni! God it's not an easy place to lose weight is it?! I always thought that when I moved out and started being responsible for my own meals etc I would eat really well and lose a whole bunch of weight. There are just sooo many temptations though, people always want to eat out or pop to McDonalds if you're in town. Even doing a healthy food shop is hard when it's YOU that's got to not buy the chocolate even though it's on offer. I have lost a stone since January but have hardly changed my eating habits, just trying not to snack as much and got to the gym regularly. Was doing really well but am starting to not eat as well as I should so really need to buck my ideas up!

    Hope your restart goes well, will try check in regularly and see how you're doing.
