Ive tried everything before but always end up fat once more.
Calorie counting makes sense and its worth a go, I started yesterday but still getting used to it and only ended up with 555 cals yesterday and myfitnesspal kicking off about it.
I fell asleep at 6pm shattered and woke at 11 so that wasnt good as I have work again at 6, so best get my cals up today.
I am determined to get normal size.
