My food and exercise. ..

Hey,

This is my 1000th diary here on minimins ( feels like it anyway) and here I am on calorie counting..

Lost quite a bit of weight with sw and then tried ww, slimfast and atkins but the past few weeks I have taken up running and healthy eating. I'm liking the fact that I can eat whatever I want as long as I count the calories! Nothing is banned.

I've only been running for about 5 weeks but have found that I really love it and it makes me want to eat better.

I want to get down to 9st but we'll see when I get there!

I woll write todays food after zumba tonight x
 
B- 2 weetabix, semi skimmed milk snd strawberries

L- Half a carton spiced butternut squash soup and 4 crackerbread

D- piece of homemade steak and ale pie with tons of broccoli on the side


Snacks- walnut halves, brazil nuts, 2 finger kit kat and a high protein shake

Water
2 green teas and coffee


Exercise- 3 mile run
1 hour zumba


Total cals- 1489

Exercise- 628

Net cals 861

Sunny in devon today! Yay.

Breakfast- Banana whilst doing the school run then 2 boiled eggs when I got home


Lunch- 3 rice cakes, ham, reduced fat coleslaw and salad

Dinner- had some Chocolate oatly milk cause I can't face eating after running. . I will try eat something else though.

Weetabix and skimmed milk, banana

Cals- 1225
Exercise- 534


Exercise- 1 hr karate and a 3 mile run

Ooo love karate did it for 10 years as a kid but haven't been for about 15years now lol

Same here... it was my first lesson tonight after years and years. Really enjoyed it too and will definitely be going again x
 
I am aching from all the exercise! Rest day today :)

Had such a busy few days and haven't updated my dairy!
Kept within calories and weigh in today is 9st 7.5!! Yay.

Gonna go for a run later.

Breakfast- 2 weetabix and skimmed milk, banana

Dinner- 40g uncooked quinoa, mushrooms, garlic and herbs in olive oil and stuff into 2 red peppers.. topped with cheddar cheese

Net cals- 952

Exercise- 3 mile run

Morning! Woke up feeling slim today.. always a good thing :)

Lunch- Half a carton of new covent garden Butternut squash and smoky bacon soup.. 4 crackerbread


Dinner- Homemade falafels with wholemeal pitta bread and salad

Magnum white choc and strawberry ice cream

Lots of green and fruit teas, water.


Total cals- 1354
Net cals- 960
Exercise- 60 mins Jillian Michaels banish fat boost metabolism.

That's fine I aim for around 300 for lunch !! How are you today I got some stronger painkillers this afternoon so feel a bit better
 
Are you on painkillers because of the dentist?? Ouch.

I've had a good day.. just been doing the usual housework and keeping the kids entertained :)
Did manage to do a workout though.. feel a tad fitter now. X
 
Yeah dentist pain, that's great getting a workout in I haven't done anything apart form a couple of walks over the weekend, how many children do you have ?
