Target weight by April 4th 2014
I have decided to keep a diary of my weightloss in the hope that it will encourage me and help me to finally getting to my target weight.
I am determined to succeed. I am 32 and have been on a diet all my life. I am currently 188.7 but I aim to be 136 by next April. I am changing today to a healthy eating diet combined with exercise. I have been on every diet I can think of but i have came to realise that it is my whole lifestyle that has to change and not another fad diet. I can't go another 32 years on a diet I need to enjoy the rest of my life happier slimmer and healthier so I start my lifestyle change today. I hope to finally make it to the finish line and also hopefully help to encourage others to their goal weight on the way.
I have taken pictures today of my front and side which I hope to post soon and hopefully I can have my own before and after pictures I have been admiring over the years.
