Hello, my name's Janey and after hitting my highest weight ever the other day (72kg:sigh:) I decided to finally stick to loosing some weight. So I've already started and I'm currently 71.2kg which is pretty good I think, but I've always been around 65kg so I'm pretty annoyed with myself. So I'm going for around 1000ish calories a day at the moment. I can't really exercise right now either, I just injured my knee soo... Doc says I'll have to leave that one for a week! Greeeaaat.

Anyway, so today I had:

A Strawberry Milkshake - 180cal
A Chicken/bacon sarnie - 280cal
A heckload of water - 0cal
600ml of 7up zero - 13cal
some Pizza (bad me!) -400cal
Garlic bread (Naughty!) -100 cal

So, okay, maybe I wasn't being the best at dieting today, but still that takes my calorie count today just under 1000. I will start eating healthier tomorrow- i swear- and in a couple days I will start exercising when my knee gets better. And I shall do a weigh in every Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday. :D

So here goes nothing! Janey out!
 
Saturday weigh in! I now weigh 70.9kg! Not great but at least I've lost 1.1kg since I started:D! Okay, so I know what I've already eaten today but I'm not sure what I will eat later, parents take care of that side! I can always tell them what to cook but they don't always listen!! :cry:

So far today I have had:

Two glasses of water - 0 Calories

Okay, I am ashamed, I have been especially naughty today! I need to get some self-discipline if I hope to loose the 10 or so kg. Okay, so today I've had...

A Strawberry Milkshake- 180 Calories
Three glasses of water - 0 Calories
1200ml of 7up Zero -26 Calories
Chicken Noodle Soup -135 Calories
Piece of cheesy bread -150 Calories
Spaghetti/bacon/courgette -255 Calories

So that's... 750ish calories.

But then I ate an entire packet of flavored tortilla crisps which totaled to like 1000 calories so oops :3
And then I had some lime cheesecake at 323 calories

today= 2055 Calories.

I know I know I know, I feel awful but at least it's outta the house now, right? Nah I'm sorry :p I've got to stop eating stuff like this! *bad janey*

I'm going to be stricter from now on. I need to do this.
 
I completely forgot to post yesterday :eek: so here's the stuff for yesterday :)

Two Strawberry Milkshakes- 360 Calories
Half a Pizza -330 Calories
Chicken and Potatoes -350 Calories
Ice cream -120 Calories
White maltesers -176 Calories

so that's... 1336 Calories. Hm, sure I'm cutting down on calories but they're not exactly healthy calories. I shall change that. Bye for now!
 
Never worry about having a little blip day. So long as you make sure to get right back on the wagon and make sensible choices you'll be fine! Good luck :)
