Just checking in for the first time to layout my objectives.
I have 3 stone to lose which seems like such a huge task but by setting myself mini goals I know I can achieve my target if I put my mind to it!
I have previously lost 3 stone and achieved a weight of 9st 7lbs only to pile back on the pounds over the last 3/4 years
With a combination of watching my calorie-intake, eating a low-ish carb, clean, healthy diet and reintroducing excercise to my life I believe I can achieve the body I KNOW I SHOULD have!!
I will be reading everyones diaries and progress and with each others help and support we can all achieve our goals! I know I will definatly be so grateful for any advice/tips/support!
