Bring On The Skinny Jeans!
Hello all I have been on minimins for quite some time doing various diets but have decided to give good old fashioned calorie counting a go, as well as keeping most of the stuff I eat lean meats, fruits, veggies and low gi carbs as it makes me feel so much better than eating processed rubbish.
I have managed to put a stone on over December 2013, just as I was getting to my 'happy weight' - and it needs to come off!
Goal is to lose 15 pounds and I have lost 2 so far :-)
I have several workout DVDs - turbofire which I love, plus kettlebells which I hate but it does the trick!
Anyway I shall spare you any more boring details but I'd love it if anyone wants to join and keep me accountable! I shall be subscribing to all your diaries for inspiration :-)
