Hello all I have been on minimins for quite some time doing various diets but have decided to give good old fashioned calorie counting a go, as well as keeping most of the stuff I eat lean meats, fruits, veggies and low gi carbs as it makes me feel so much better than eating processed rubbish.

I have managed to put a stone on over December 2013, just as I was getting to my 'happy weight' - and it needs to come off!

Goal is to lose 15 pounds and I have lost 2 so far :)

I have several workout DVDs - turbofire which I love, plus kettlebells which I hate but it does the trick!

Anyway I shall spare you any more boring details but I'd love it if anyone wants to join and keep me accountable! I shall be subscribing to all your diaries for inspiration :)

Well done on weight loss so far. Good work.
I lost 5 stone and have kept it off for almost 2 years but keep messing about between 10 and 11 stone because basically I am healthy and for the first time in my life ever I'm slim!
So maybe I'm content now. But I would really like to try and get to 9-13 just to see how I feel at that weight. It may feel too low but I'm back to serious calorie counting and shredding and will see if I can Do it, but most importantly keep it off.
I've managed to keep 5 stone off so I'm chuffed with that so this is worth a try before I get much older!
