Hi guys I'm Lucy, I'm nearly 24 and have two kiddies, a nearly two year old boy and a 9 week old baby girl.
I'll keep it simple- went from 16st 10lbs to 13st after having my son in 2012. Got pregnant start of 2013 so stopped dieting and ate too many goodies and am now 14st 8lbs
Lost previously with a bit of slim and save, Zumba and rosemary Conley (essentially calories counting at 1200 a day).
My aim is to finally reach my goal of 11st (I'm 5'9). Feeling very determined and will try to update here as much as possible. I'm initially sticking to 1200 a day (may up it after a few weeks or when I start exercising again)
