I've been mooching about on this forum for a bit at other people's diaries for inspiration, and I've decided calorie counting is best for me. I thought it would be good to keep my own diary. I've not weighed myself yet but I'll do so as soon as I can but I think I'm about 12 stone. I'm looking to lose 2 stone or so as I'm about (again, not entirely sure!) 5"5 and thus overweight.
