Your not fat, just a big podgy!
Hi I'm Em and this is my calorie counting diary. I am 23 and 14 stone. The problem is that I eat too much, I also dont drink enough (which is half of the problem). I typed my info into mfp and it says that I need 1350 calories which is what I am aiming for. Wish me luck!!
So far today I have had
Breakfast: Small Costa skinny latte (88)
Snack: Small Apple (80)
Lunch: Heinz chicken & sweetcorn soup (242)
Wholemeal hovis slice (111)
Snack: 28g Brazil nuts (190)
So that leaves 639 for my dinner today which im not sure what to have ...
