I've been doing a daily weigh in because the Wii Fit tracks my weight every time I do the Body Test which is every day with some training! I'm finding that it helps me to see where I'm going wrong.

Start weight, Thursday 16th Jan: 23st4lbs 327lbs

17th Jan: 325lbs
18th Jan: 324lbs
19th Jan: 324lbs
20th Jan: 322lbs
21st Jan: 320lbs

Today's weight, Wednesday 22nd Jan: 319lbs

Thank you! I'm on 1,400 - 1,600 calories a day :)

I also do between 10 and 30 mins of exercise daily.

I weighed myself yesterday and had put on 3lbs... I FREAKED OUT but after doing some research I realised it was quite common as it's my TOM at the mo - weighed again this morning and I'm back to 318lbs :)

I'm doing 1100 a day (weigh 14st 5) and dunno whether this should be 1200 or not. It's my tom too & weight loss is slow this week :(

The way I looked at it, this is a lifestyle change for me rather than a diet. I couldn't survive on less than 1,400... I'd go crazy! But I also need some flexibility or I'd fall off the wagon too often. 200 calories is more than enough so that if I need that little something, I don't feel guilty... And if I go over by too much still then I'll have a "fast" day with 500 calories ;)

Perhaps that's something that would work for you too?

Iv been at under 1000 last 2 days do think when I'm at work I'm guna try stick to that and when I'm off work and weekends I'll be more 1200 ish

Well done on your weightloss so far! I have a cheeky weigh every morning but only record it on a wednesday as it differs depending on how heavy imy dinner was the night before haha. Im subscribing to cheer you on! :) x

I've noticed this. I had a heavy dinner last night so decided to fast today, scales this morning said I'd put on 2lbs but after walking the dog I was back down to yesterday's weight! I'm not too bothered though, I'll add it up at the end of the week and as long as it's a loss I'm happy ;)

I went away for the weekend and had lots of wine and cocktails (ooooops) so I'm going to weigh in tomorrow. I've been good since so hoping I haven't put on!!
