I've been doing a daily weigh in because the Wii Fit tracks my weight every time I do the Body Test which is every day with some training! I'm finding that it helps me to see where I'm going wrong.

21st Jan: 320lbs
Today's weight, Wednesday 22nd Jan: 319lbs
