    Am i doing this right??

    Hi All

    i have tried slimming world which i lost 2 and a half stone on!! but come to a stand still (plus put back on a stone)
    I have tried weight watchers (not for me)
    Now I've started calorie counting since monday (3/3/2014) so far its going great but just wanted to know at 13 stone 9lbs is 1200 calories to little?? as i don't want my body to go into starvation mode!!??
    I also would to know how much weight people have lost and how long it as took them

    week 2 = 2lbs
    week 3 = s/s
    week 4 = -1 1/2
    week 5 = -1 half a stone at last 😂
    week 6= +1 1/2
    week 7 = -2

    Hi im doing a mixture of sw & calorie counting.If you start at 1200 you have no where to go to when you lose weight as you cant really go any lower than that.Maybe start off with 1400-1500 so when you get nearer to goal you can reduce to 1200? x

    week 2=5 pound loss
    week 3=2 pound loss 3 lb away from first stone
    week 4=3 pound loss first stone gone Yay!!
    week 5=sts
    week 6=1 pound loss
    week 7=2 pound loss
    week 8=2 pound loss
    week 9=3 pound loss mainly calorie counting
    week10=2 pound loss
    week11=2 pound loss
    week12=2 pound loss
    week13=2 pound loss
    week14=1 pound loss
    week15=3 pound loss
    week16=Holiday
    week17=1 pound loss (half way to target) 13st 7

    Lost my way Joined Group 16/06/14 at 14st 5.5 here goes
    week 1=5 pound loss
    week 2=2 pound loss
    week 3 missed class
    week 4=half a pound loss
    week 5=1 pound loss
    week 6=sts
    week 7=sts
    week 8=1 pound loss, 11 weeks pregnant

    no worries I wish I could stick to 1200 cal a day everyday but I love food far too much,you can also work out your calories over a week & have dif everyday keeps your body guessing like calorie shifting x
