Hi,
I've been following herbalife for about a week and have lost 2.5lbs with a couple of days a little off plan.
It's really quiet on that side of the site so i am going to be posting here from now on. Essentially herbalife is a healthy calorie counted program anyways.

Today i am not following the plan as i have a cold but also i'm out for dinner tonight with DH so i'm giving myself a day off. Straight back on plan tomorrow though.
Can't wait to start posting.
