B/Fast: Toast x 2, thin spread of butter, thin spread of honey 400 cals
Lunch: Home made butterbean, chicken and veg (peppers, green beans) soup

Tea: Grilled bacon, 1 poached egg, cucumber and lettuce 300

Snks: Apple, raisins, 6 nuts 200

1200 cals


Fluids: 2 litres of water, black coffee, herb tea

Exercise:
80 mins brisk walking to work & back
