Calorie Counting to a sexy size 12
I want to lose 3 stone by healthy eating/calorie counting and daily exercise.
I don't want to ban any food groups, I want to eat well.... lots of fruit and veg, lean protein etc but the calorie count is the way I shall monitor my daily progress. I like walking, dancing and don't mind the odd exercise DVD in front of the TV but I am no gym bunny so my exercise will be simple and easy.
I am starting tomorrow with a calorie count of 1200 cals a day and will go down 100 calories each time I drop a stone.
I am hoping I can achieve this by the start of summer (21st June) as I am fed up of being a frumpy size 18 and want to be a sexy and fabulous size 12. I have a wardrobe full of gorgeous size 12 clothes and I long to wear them all again.
I shall use this diary to make daily notes, menus and reminders to keep myself on the right track.
