Time to try again..... back on the weight loss waggon!!!

So this isnt the 1st time ive tried this, ive been trying to loss weight for 2 years now!!!
I started off with Slimming World, and at first it worked for me, I went from over 14st to 11st 6lbs :) but as I got smaller i seemed to stop losing as much until I stopped losing at all.
No matter how good I was or how much I exercised SW wasnt working for me, I gave up. I had 11mnths off the waggon but now I'm back and im going to try again with Calorie Counting using my fitness pal. Im also exercising lots to tone as I go.

When I do these diaries you tend to get my life story along with my weight loss, my way of getting everything down.

Current weight -12st 2lbs = 170lbs
Target -10st =140lbs

Hi guys,
Thanks for the support. I have to admit, ive slacked with the exercise these last few days and food has been ok bit not great.
I got heatstroke and sun burn really badly and almost ended up in the hospital, i still cant sit down or lay on my back. So exercise was out the soor, and being stuck laid on you belly or walking round all day leaves you bored , and thats when the eating kicks in. Ive been quite restrained but the odd naughty thing slipped in.
My main aim is to not let this stop me.
As soon as im well im back in that gym and from tomorrow, no more eating because in bored!!!
