Operation Beach Bod
Well it is exactly 6 weeks today till I board a plane to Sharm and have to wear less clothes..... I have decided that calorie counting (1300 per day) and weekly exercise Zumba & Kettlecise is the only way I am gonna not get harpooned on that beach! I tried my hol clothes on from September when I went to Crete and they are rather snug so will be happy if I can shift a good few pound before jetting off. I'm using the well known fitness pal app to track.
Anyone with some good low cal meals/snacks etc please feel free to share

Can't help with your meals as I am veggie but good luck with what you are going to do.
It is between both your postings- at the bottom of my reply is the amount of weight I lost in 7 weeks when I started Cal Counting - 1st and 2 lbs.
