Good Morning
I have been sticking to a diet for 56 days now....I was doing a diary but started it in Paleo as that was my diet to start with....I found that too restrictive though so have switched to calorie counting now - My Paleo diary has been removed as it was in the wrong place so starting a new diary in here
I have set myself a goal of getting to 100 days on plan and from a calorie perspective have stuck to this all the way through - will update my diary later...weigh day for me is a Thursday so fingers crossed for a loss tomorrow!!!
breakfast: porridge and a banana
lunch: steak and veg soup
dinner: Salmon and broccoli pie with veg
water:3.45L
