Good Morning

I have been sticking to a diet for 56 days now....I was doing a diary but started it in Paleo as that was my diet to start with....I found that too restrictive though so have switched to calorie counting now - My Paleo diary has been removed as it was in the wrong place so starting a new diary in here :)

I have set myself a goal of getting to 100 days on plan and from a calorie perspective have stuck to this all the way through - will update my diary later...weigh day for me is a Thursday so fingers crossed for a loss tomorrow!!!

breakfast: porridge and a banana
lunch: steak and veg soup
dinner: Salmon and broccoli pie with veg

Thanks, I think this is the longest I've stuck to a diet but really enjoying it which has definitely made it easier! !!
 
Day 57

2.6lbs off this morning - this takes me to a total of 22.8 lost since I started :D

breakfast: porridge and a banana
lunch: chicken and chorizo soup (was not very nice :-( )
dinner: chicken in a tomato and basil sauce with veg
Snack: fun size milky way (weigh day treat ;-) )

was at work at 5am this morning :-( was really tempted to nip into Mcdonald's on the way home and get breakfast. ... managed to resist :-D

I've woken up this morning with one side of my face swollen for no apparent reason. ...I look like I've been punched :'(

breakfast : weetabix with skimmed milk
lunch: lasagne and salad and vanilla ice cream with toffee sauce plus 2 small bottles of lager

I have really bad stomach pains this evening. ...I had the same last weekend which I put down to eating bread and today I think it may be the pasta at lunch. ...I have totally cut bread and pasta out of my diet since I started this and I think that my body is reacting badly to it now on the rare occasion that I do have some. ....I suppose that's a good reason to keep them out of my diet!!!!

in work today so really easy to stick to plan. ...

2lbs off this morning taking me to below 200lbs...24.8lbs total lost in 64 days :D

dinner: 2 slices of pizza. ... weigh day treat :)

starving this morning. .. Think because I had pizza last night so carb overload! !

breakfast : porridge and a banana
snack: breakfast biscuits
lunch: steak and veg soup
snack: treat size aero
dinner : thai chicken noodles

keep eating Halloween sweets. ... The trick or treaters need to hurry up! !!

2 treat size packs of fruit pastilles :O

My fitness pal is set at 1200 which should mean a loss of 2lbs per week. ... I'm sticking to that 90% of the time and the odd day I creep over its only by a hundred or so calories :)
