The calorie counting is really working , it's great. Started eight days ago at 201lbs(so ashamed as I should be around 150), have already lost 4lbs. Am really hungry but am having 1600 per day , I am hoping my tum will shrink inwardly and outwardly lol:sigh:

Anyway I will definitely be sticking to it and hope to be a 12-14 by May rather than a 14-16.

Anyone else just started or weighs in on Mondays

Been where you are now and lost it by calorie counting.

Are you doing any exercise?
 
Hi I do a fair bit of exercise. Sometimes I gib out due to pure laziness but my aim is to do body tone, spin, pilates, long walks and sometimes if it isn't too dark or cold we do an early morning bike ride on a sunday

It does make you feel better and hopefully tones you up as you lose the weight

Faye - if you go into your settings you can put the URL of your diary in your Signature then we can find you easier.

If you don't know how to do it just say so and I will tell you the details later - going to class in a while then to the Midlands so will look later today.

I do most exercises but spin is not for me :) tried it only once - I am far too old for that.
