Fit into my old jeans by the summer

Found a pair of old jeans I loved years ago and my motive is to fit back into them by the summer, roughly 2 stone should do it, hopefully keeping a diary will keep me on track and using myfitness pal to track calories :)

Calories per day around 1600 and up activity

Start weight is 12st 5lbs

Breakfast - Alpen bar & banana

Lunch - chicken salad sandwich & half a bag of crisps

Dinner - chicken stir fry with noodles

Snacks - Alpen bar
