    Red face Elle's Calorie Counting Journey 2015

    Thought I would try again with a CC diary!

    I started a couple of weeks ago as I booked a holiday and wanted to lose some pounds before I went.

    A bit about me, I am 36, very overweight (possibly Obese!) and I used to do SW. I love SW, but missed the freedom of 'general' eating. So I tried the 5:2, but couldn't do the fast days. So, we are now....I have 1700 calories each day and I track my fitness with an activity tracker. I try to do more walking as a result of wearing my tracker! Doesn't always happen though

    I am a meat lover and carbs bloat me, so my meals are often lacking in carbs!

    I will try to post photos of the food and weigh in updates as we go - but in my first week (weigh in on Saturdays at home) I lost 6lbs and this week (21/2/15) I lost another 4lbs. Hoorah!

    I have about 3.5 stone to lose, so a long way to go to a normal weight (but what is 'normal')

    Hi! I'm doing slimming world and calorie counting to keep tabs. This is my first week ( weigh in Wednesday ) I'm 25 next week, and also have 3.5 stone to lose. Good luck. X

    This week i lost another 2lbs, so that is now 12lbs in 3 weeks i am very happy.

    Trying not to go into full on holiday mode and lose focus as going away on Thursday x on an all inclusive break! Gonna try and be good whilst i am away x

    Well done! I lost 4lb this week, I weigh in on Wednesday evenings at a slimming world group.. Went out for a birthday meal last night just hoping that I have been good enough either side of that to still get a loss. Fingers crossed. X
