I have decided to keep a journal regarding my calorie counting effort to lose weight. Few years ago I successfully lost 2 st + with Lipotrim shakes but I have piled it all back with serious health consequences.
Here I am again trying a different method, which may or may not work.
Briefly, I am 5' 7'' weighing 195 Ibs. I am using myfitnesspal to log my daily calorie intake. Further I am obsessed with Fitbit One for step counting. I intend to journal the calorie in take on daily basis as well as step taken.
Hence Calories In V Calories Out.
I will need to update my signature, hopefully I will do that in the next few days.
