    Lizzie's Diary - Big Challenege September 2015! Support Needed!!

    Good Morning everyone.

    I have done many diets in the past and they have all failed for me . I am now doing calorie counting and have a big event which I am working towards. I am cycling from Niagara Falls to New York which is 410 miles in September this year! I would love to be 5-6 stone down by the time I do it. It is for Marie Curie Cancer Research so I also have to raise a lot of money so feeling the pressure at the moment. So many people think I will not do it so have a lot to prove! I have started training on my bike and doing it as much as I can. I have 4 children and I did have a husband for 9 years but we split up a few weeks ago. I have decided this challenge and weight loss is what I need to be focusing on as I don't want to get down about my marriage. I want to turn what could be the worst time in my life to something positive for me. I need me back again! I am hoping by coming on here it will keep me motivated!
