Hi everyone, I'm new here, starting my new regime tomorrow . Haven't been on the scales for a long time and dreading ir but I will weigh in in the morning and then once a week after that, probably on a Saturday. I plan to stick to around 1800 calories a day but may throw in some fast days and will adjust calories accordingly. I am going to have only 500 calories tomorrow in the hope of kick starting things. Need a good shake, I've been at this weight loss malarkey for far too long!
