Hello so this is day 1 on the new me, I've dusted down the old scales it felt like a reunion with an old buddy lol, I must admit my heart broke a little when I saw how heavy I am :-( . But I also feel happy that I vow never to see that weight again. Prepped my lunch last night and will only take a few ££ to work with me,
That way I will avoid our work Starbucks and all the goodies that they sell.

Been looking at a few of the diaries on here so will follow suit and post up my food later on, please feel free to add any suggestions or give me a row if I'm eating thing I think are good but are not, hope everyone has a wonderful day

Day 1

Well today went ok so far (still a few hours to go) my food today has been

B/fast - Special K moments
Lunch - couscous and chicken
Dinner - cheese omelet with salad and a few oven chips

Snacks
Highlight hot chocolate
2 jelly sweets
Packet of mini chedders

Within my calories so happy with today's effort. Roll on tomorrow

Are you going to be putting calorie values too and weights?
I'm following Slimming World but also counting calories and I use MFP for that ?

Day 2 and 3 - not sure what happened to app yesterday by had a good day 2.

Food for day 2

Breakfast - cadburys brunch bar 140 cal
Lunch - chicken couscous 249 cal
Rice cakes. 162

Dinner - ww meal with added chicken 317

Snacks - crisps 148 cal
Flatbread and cheese 228 cal

Total 1244

Drinks coke zero, tea, water
 
Day 3 update.

Food - breakfast go ahead Cherry 146 cals Lunch - lentil and bacon soup with small roll 310 cal

Dinner stew with mash and Yorkshire 643 cal


Snacks - crisps 148 cal Total 1247

Drinks - Pepsi Max, tea and water

Been so busy at work just now so not had time to munch so that's a plus. Need to get some fruit in but not been to shops for a while,
Might nip to asda tomorrow grab some stuff.

So far so good, I've resisted going on the scale so far as I don't expect much change in a few days and I would only just think it's not working abs give up (that is not a option )

Any hints or tips are most welcome xxx
 
Just finished work and forgot to take my purse with me so survived on a packet of hula hoops 2 cans of Pepsi Max that I took with me, can't wait for tea gonna pile it high with salad tho. Might even have a wee bit of a treat for later when I watch the tv as I've plenty of calories left lol


Been asked by my old work friends to go out for a meal on sat so think I will make FRIDAY my weigh day - I understand the first one will only
Be mon - fri but I think in the long run Friday is better for me ?

Day 4 Thursday - crazy day at work and forgot my purse so breakfast and lunch was a no go

Dinner - chicken breast, potato cubes and salad 400 cals

Snacks - packet of hula hoops 172 cals
Orange 86 cals
2 x crumpets 196 cals
2 x laughing cow 50 cal


I have made some rice salad for work tomorrow as nipped out to the shops for some bits
 
Day 5 and still going well Food today


Breakfast - blackberry, blueberry, strawberry and grapes 123 cal
Brunch bar 140 cals
Lunch rice and salad 473 cals
Dinner nuggets and salad 234 cals
Hot choc 39 cal choc buttons 79 cal



Going to head to Asda and pick up some more fruit and snacks, will prob have a few later on while chilling out

Went out last night for a meal and some drinks have no idea how many calls I consumed however I know it was well over my 1500 lol. Felt a little fragile today so not had too much to eat,
Dinner will be chicken and salad I think xxx hope everyone is well
 
Well Monday again the weekend passes so quickly :-( just today and tomorrow at work for me as I have a few days holiday booked,
Nothing planned will end up just tidy the house no doubt.

Today

Breakfast - go ahead bar 146 cals
Lunch - cheese and cucumber sandwich, packet of crisps and lentil soup 688 cals
Dinner chicken breast, couscous salad 328 cals

Snacks crisps 130 cals

Dinner weight watchers chicken hot pot with extra chicken 368 cals

Omg been out of action last few days pulled
My back so got some strong pain killers from gp. I've not been very active so stayed the same this week,
I am not going to let it get in the way and slowly getting active again . Xxx
