I have decided to start a new diary, having been a bit unsuccessful since February and as my previous diary is more full of binges than of low calorie days!.
For about 2 or 3 years my weight fluctuated between 12 and 13 stone but it had gone down to 10st 7lb by February this year. Then things started going a bit wrong and now I'm closer to 11 stone again.
I'm going to record my weight every morning (starting tomorrow), try to stick to 1500 calories or less most days and do some exercise each day.
My first goal is to lose a few pounds by 8th June when we're having a family reunion and my second is to lose 10lbs by the end of June, when I'm going on holiday (just to Scotland but still!).
I hope everyone else is ok, thank you so much for all the support during my binge-months!
