Hi I am Amanda :wavey:

I have recently been following WW at home after losing 2 stone previously but then gaining it back, this time around my weight isn't moving.
I have decided to switch to calories counting to see if this makes a difference, im gonna try to eat around 1400 calories a day, im hoping this will help on my journey to get to a healthier weight.
I will post my food diary daily in the hope it motivates me.
I would love any pointers if you think im going wrong with any of my food.

I have joined MFP to track my calories.

I am feeling really positive that I can do this, im going to up my exercise so I can build muscle and tone my body while I melt the fat away :happy036:

Feeling quite good today.
Had a lovely breakfast, junk food dinner and having a nice tea.
Struggling with my fluid intake, as soon as I have a drink I'm on the loo lol
