    Hi I am Amanda

    I have recently been following WW at home after losing 2 stone previously but then gaining it back, this time around my weight isn't moving.
    I have decided to switch to calories counting to see if this makes a difference, im gonna try to eat around 1400 calories a day, im hoping this will help on my journey to get to a healthier weight.
    I will post my food diary daily in the hope it motivates me.
    I would love any pointers if you think im going wrong with any of my food.

    I am feeling really positive that I can do this, im going to up my exercise so I can build muscle and tone my body while I melt the fat away
