Will anything replace my 800 calorie full english breakfast.

I liked to feel stuffed!!!

Any idea's for around 100 calories?

A measly bowl of cereal is 115 for 30g?!

Or what can I have with the same satisfaction - what calories am I looking at?

Bacon sarnies can tally up to 500cals with butter and ketchup etc??!!!

Not sure on the calories but scrambled eggs on toast I find quite filling,

Or what about a cheats fry up like grilled low fat sausages, Bacon medallions, poached eggs and lots of tomatoes and mushrooms of you like them?

Or use low cal bread low fat sausages etc to make sandwiches x

Porridge keeps me full to Lunchtime. I love it. The Scotts porridge oats come in easy little sachets that you microwave with either water or milk. Low in cal but filling. I have that rather than a roll and something cos it doesnt fill me up as much.

Well, even if you are eating 1200 cals a day, that still leaves 3-400 cals for breakfast! :) It's the most important meal after all!

Personally, I have a bowl of branflakes with skimmed milk, a low fat plain yoghurt and a banana. Keeps me going until lunchtime :) Works out at about 300 cals.

I agree with all of the above. If you like to feel full try oats made with water. And a low cal brekkie ie low cal beans, 1 sausage ( very low cal) bacon madallions, and lots of mushrooms tomatoes poached egg. ( as mentioned above) Grill everything and drain any xs fat off.
Basically get a 300 cal filling brekkie. Then you have 900 cals for the rest of your food ( if on 1200 cals)
Good luck

I have 27g porridge when I'm at work made with water for 101 calories, today I've had an omlette with mushrooms onions peppers 1 egg and 1 egg white and 30g elf cheese and 2 slices of ham without the ham and cheese it would be just over 100 cals but you could do it with 2 egg whites x

Beans on toast all the way!

Poached egg and crumpet (1 of each) is also a tasty start to the day and under 200 calories, gooey yolk makes up for a lack of butter x

i usually have a sachet of porridge oats, and instead of using normal milk, i use almond milk which is 29kcal per 250ml :) Can't ask for better than that! I think mine adds up to about 95kcal altogether. Never hungry for a good while after that!

2 warbuton thins
2 M & S chicken sausages

CALORIES 450

smoothie made with 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/4 blackberries, 5 strawberries, 1/2 cup soy milk, 1/2 cup orange juice, and 1 scoop soy protein powder
i think this is 286ish calories

Hi I have just bought a Smoothie book ...the one I had for breakfast has banana strawberries , berries but I left them out apple juice and low fat plain yoghurt. Probably more than a hundred calories infact about 300 but it has kept me going and I was having cooked breakfast. Have lost more weight in the last two weeks than in the whole 3 months I have been counting calories.

Hope this helps

Banana pancakes - about 130kcals

Mashed one ripe banana with a small egg until it forms a smooth batter and dry fry it in a pan.

They are amazing and really good for you. Works best to make two or three wee ones not a big one as no oil makes it harder to flip.

I like 2 poached eggs, 1 slice warbuton's seeded batch and 10 grilled cherry tomatoes all for 310 cals! :)

Or 50g porrige oats cooked in 200ml water, 100ml milk with a pinch of salt then 2tsp sugar when it's in the bowl for 290 cals. I can't cope with it made just with water :p

I find if I want filling/ lasting fullness then I need to up the protein, I have one scoop of a flavoured diet whey powder from The protein works, and 150 ml of unsweetened almond milk, that totals 122 ish cals (depending on the flavour you have) Its not a lot but you can double it and that will easily last you well into the afternoon. I had to half it as I was not hungry at lunch (I have breakfast at 7:30 am, small 100 cal snack at 11 and small lunch at 1pm) this keeps my protein intake higher and its quick and easy. I use a blender to get a better mix.

I don't know anything filling and Under 100 cals for breakfast! I would like to know though...

I have just searched for 100 cals breakfast and they are out there but I would not want just an egg bake breakfast cup when I get up - could eat that in 10 seconds.

28g quick oats made up with water = 100

1 egg omelette with mushrooms and spinach = 100ish

100 is very low for breakfast though. I know I personally would be picking before lunch on that.
