Just had to share this dip!
I just had to share this discovery from my in-laws... it's sooooo yummy! And low fat
I'm not sure how many calories this works out as... But as a guess under 700 for the whole lot & it makes a massive cereal bowl full!! And will probably be less with Philly extra light.
Ok - you need a small (I think 300g) tub of Philly Light, a small (150g) pot of fat free natural yoghurt (I use the Yeo Valley 0%) and a packet of French onion soup mix (I use Knorr but any will do, if using cup soup use 2 packets).
Mix yoghurt & Philly together until smooth then add the soup mix and mix in. Put in the fridge for 5-10 mins to stiffen (but longer won't harm it, even over night
)
I hope you like it if you try it! It's so simple & really tasty with little effort & less calories than most "creamy" dips!!

I will definitely give this a go, thanks!
I love fatfree yogurt mixed with mint sauce as a salad dressing or dip!
