Pizza base
5oz SR Flour
4fl oz plain, low fat yogurt
1tsp dried oregano
2tbsp Tomato puree
oven to 200degrees
Put flour, yogurt and oregano in a bowl and mix - it should be soft enough to knead by hand but you may need to add more flour if it's too wet
knead for 5 mins on an oiled surface then stretch in to a pizza base, place on lightly oiled baking tray
spread tomato puree across
top with any low calorie toppings of your choice
total calories 578 (289 per half pizza)
