    I still dont understand how most muller lights are 90-110 cals yet 90% of them are syn free on SW??? ARGHHHH. yet the layered muller lights are less cals than say vanilla and have syn values... Can anyone explain, or am i just being dumb? :P Thanks Dan x

    Hi Dan, I think it's to do with the calorie content and the fat content, that add up to Syn value, but I am not 100% certain... I think that there is a calculation behind the Syn value, I dont think it is just as simple as x cals = y syns



    I did slimming world for a while and lost quite a bit, but got fed up of not having bread!!

    Yeah i know what you mean about not having the bread, before starting SW i probably had 6 slices per day maybe even more, now its 6slices per week and some times not even that many, but its worth it as my loss so far shows
