Hi Dan, I think it's to do with the calorie content and the fat content, that add up to Syn value, but I am not 100% certain... I think that there is a calculation behind the Syn value, I dont think it is just as simple as x cals = y syns



I did slimming world for a while and lost quite a bit, but got fed up of not having bread!!
