    Following on from the Summer Challenge 2013 - here it a little motivation to get those lbs shifted, all you do is promise to exercise for a set amount of minutes per month, no pressure, we all set a limit we are comfortable (these can be increased or decreased as you wish)

    (if you haven't joined the Summer Weight Loss Challenge there's still plenty of time - we are a really friendly bunch)

    as we are halfway thru March, I am going to pledge 100mins over 16 days = 6.25 mins per day - should be easy, exercise can be any form - from slow walk to mountain climbing ....

    hi! um im currently walking a lot but hope to get back to running as soon as i hit 85kg..ive been off for about a year due to a bad ankle injury and illness...im mixing walking and running a tiny bit and alls going well and cant wait to start back again

    how about yourself?

    Hi all, I'm going to go for 400 minutes. I have a treadmill that i use..not so much lately but i will use it more now. I used to do kettle bell training too, i still have all the equipment so i will dust it all off

    Hi Harriet - running! I wish with my mammoth boobs my eyes would be knocked to the back of my head lol

    I am very unfit - I have been walking and also signed up for a month on the toning tables - i didn't count this as exercise but as of yesterday we have to exercise whilst using them so I have started to include it as its 70 mins per day. I am also going to start doing the Leslie Sansone 1 Mile walk whenever I can - my problem is the daily visit to the toning tables really upsets my day - i don't seem to be getting much done around the house

    make sure you don't run on that ankle untili its 110%
