30 day squat challenge

I keep starting and then forgetting about it and going back to the start! If you stuck to it I reckon you would defo see results :) if you're thinking of doing it get yourself a set of small dumbbells and try to use them when you squat for better results x
 
I keep meaning to start and forget! I'm going to try and start tonight, will probably need to set up an alarm on my phone to remind me.
 
Ohh i like the look of that think ill try it ... Gotta remember to take measurements first to record results.

No forgot my littke boy has been a nightmare with sleeping at moment so gonna do my day one today will report back later.

I'm upto day 9, 100 squats for me tonight! :p I'm loving it though! :D
 
Morning

after making my post i did my 50 squats. Got to 30 and knee started to ache (i have a damaged knee cap) but i powered thriugh. Will do 50 again later.

What is the sequence that we follow?

I'm on Day 6 - so just the 75 for me today!

The diet I follow has a good article about it that contains the schedule however if you just google "30 day squat challenge" you'll find it.
 
Day 2 done found the perfect time to do it.
 
Oops I realised this is squats... I'm doing the crunches one haha
 
Oo is there a crunches one?? :D
 
I'm going to start this today in addition to other exercise. I'm guessing the images on google are good enough to follow?
