    100 percent week?

    Hi everyone. I'm really struggling to get motivated. I'm about 5lb from my goal weight which is great but as im so close ive kind of slipped back into my old binging ways. I'm going on holiday in 9 weeks but can't seem to motivate myself to get in the zone. Im having about 1450 calories a day. Does anyone fancy a challenge to see if they can be good from now till next Sunday? I need a kick up the bum.

    Just me then? Well day one here we go. Weight 127.8. Goal by end of June is 123.8.
    I will do this.
