    Hi all, just a heads up... I'm pulling out because I had my gastric bypass on Monday

    Highest weight: 327lbs
    Weight on surgery day: 290lbs
    Current weight: 284lbs

    I'm not happy as I've gained 2 lbs. My average cal intake this week was 1700 cals. I hope it is the exercise from last week. Did a lot of classes and weights.

    Any thoughts?

    I've lost 9lbs so far, and i'm literally on the edge as i'm 14 stone
