    Only just found this! I had a great week last week and managed to lose 5lbs! I'm now in the healthy range BMI and only 11 more to go until I hit my target - although when I get there I may decide to lose another half a stone, I'll have to see how I think I look, how my husband thinks I look (I am 50 and I've told him that if he thinks I am looking too gaunt or loose-skinned he must let me know!!!) and whether I can fit into sized 10 jeans! I bought my first pair of size 12's this week, thinking I'd have to hang them on the back of a door and gaze at them longingly for a few weeks yet but they FIT!!! Couldn't believe it!!!

    Well Done! Could i ask how successfull has calorie counting been for you? How long has it taken & how much you lost overall?? I am so in 2 minds about either calorie counting or doing slimming world. !
