    GemlaD Weekly Weigh In

    Hi all,

    My name is Gemma and I started my journey on Exante at the end of April, lost nearly two stone and have this week moved to calorie counting to lose the rest. Losing weight using food replacement is relatively easy as it removes the issue of food completely but I have realised that until I learn to eat normal portions and make the right choices I will never be able to stay slim so have come back to food!
    I have eaten 1200 cals each day this week but have put on 2lbs which I sort of expected as I only did one week of refeeding after Exante so my body is still adjusting to eating carbs again. I will be weighing each week on a Monday and recording it here.

    Week 4 = -4 13st 0lbs
    Week 5 =+5 13st 5lb on hols and totally off plan and TOTM to boot!
    Week 6 = -8 12st 11lb
    Week 7 = -1 12st 10lb refeed

    Struggled a bit this week, meals have been fine but have been picking a bit in the evenings so am going to try not and eat after my dinner this week. I want a loss next week!
