Daily Weighing :/

Know I shouldn't but I can't help it :(
I'm calorie counting around 1100-1200 a day (started Monday)

Monday - 14st 8 1/2
Tuesday - sts
Wednesday - 14st 7 3/4
Thursday - 14st 6
 
Today - 14st 5.5 Total loss in 4 days = 3lbs Hoping for 5.5lbs total loss in 7 days when I weigh in on Monday so hopefully weigh 14st 3lbs which I haven't weight in over 2 years , be nice to get to 14st by Monday but I don't think that's achievable

I try not to weigh daily, but I do at least weigh myself on a Saturday morning to see if i'm on track for my Monday morning weigh in
 
I think I'm my second week I'll do it maybe halfway thought the week incase I get dishesrtened :(

But started af today so I'm blaming that !
 
I look forward to weighing myself daily, if iv lost then it spurs me on, if iv sts or gained then it makes me be more vigilant that day.
Plus I know weight fluctuates with water retention etc so not too fussed if sts or gain.

I know that this sounds stupid but I weigh myself before having a shower and if I'm happy with what it says, I start calculating like mad with how much i've still got left to lose!
Today showed me being 3.5lbs off. My weigh day is Monday.
 
Hiya. I'm the same, every morning!
I find it motivates me more as if I have gained 1lb from the day before I'm more cautious and really limit myself to get it off again, it happened yesterday and I was strict on myself so this morning I had got that 1lb off + 1 more :) x
 
I weighed this morning and sts so it made me not have wine tonight so I'm chuffed with that ! Espesh as I sooo could of had half a bottle!

Loads of ppl tell me not to, but I think if your the kinda person to have gained then think 'oh no I may aswell eat crap now' then fair enough don't do it. If I do start to feel like that later down the line then I'll stop

I write lists ALL the time of what I'll weigh in months to come & then quit the diet a week later ha! But not this time :/

Don't get down MinzieMoo... Anyway, weigh day for me tomorrow. I have had my water intake EVERY DAY. Haven't had anything naughty. I'd hope for between 3-5lbs loss this week.

I know that iv not done my best, not had enough water, had too much crisps/chocolate & not enough fruit etc. So as of tomorrow I'll try to increase all of those (minus the choc & crisps ha)

Good luck for tomorro ! Hopefully we'll both be smiling on the scales in morning

Total loss - 4 lbs

Tuesdays weight

14st 4 1/2 lbs
 
Hi Minziemoo - another 4lbs off so that's 8lbs off in 2 weeks. I weigh myself at home each Monday morning and record it. Then I get to work, have had a pint of water, muesli bar and banana, then join work weigh in where I weigh differently but still lose the same (roughly). I'm a stone off my goal (according to home scales) I'm really hoping I get there by April!

Love to be 14st on Monday ! Iv set a personal target of been 13st 4 on the 1st of March 2014
