Used to be super slim, stopped smoking, ate too much junk food, piled on 6 stone, lost 4 stone on Cambridge Diet, then fell off the wagon and stuffed myself silly, gained back the 4 stone lost and 2 more for good measure!
Hoping to at least start calorie counting soooonish, before getting back onto ww

Nic, yes, you are a true inspiration, and yes, Georgie has done BRILLIANTLY... we started CD around about the same time,..and we used to chat A LOT on the dialy threads...I remember them well, i used to have a numb bum with sitting here all day typing...never got the time to eat anyway, lol.
I'm off to bed now...apart from being tired my tummy is beginning to rumble

I confusing myself too hehe . Best thing to run to bed when the tummy starts to talk then you are out of harms way of the food ... :-)
How long are you going to usa for ? and where are you staying i stayed in international drive right by Dennys ....
