    Anybody else??

    Does anybody else find themselves going to bed early just to stop themselves snacking? It's 8.30pm (I live abroad!) and I have put myself to bed as I am too tempted snack! What else do people do to stop themselves snacking in the evening? Need some new ideas as my poor husband has to sit on his own each night! (actually he probably loves the peace!)

    i always go to bed about 9 so I dont snack....but i go on my pc alot so just do that and watch tv
    Week 1 (13/01/12) - lost 5lb (into 15's)
    Week 2 (20/01/12) - lost 2lb
    Week 3 (27/01/12) - lost 3lb
    January - lost 10lb = 215lbs
    Week 4 (3/02/12) - lost 2lb
    Week 5 (10/02/12) - put on 2lb was birthday week tho
    Week 6 (17/02/12) - lost 3lb
    Week 7 (23/02/12) - lost 3lb (into 14stone's) YAY
    February - Lost 6lb = 209lbs

    Week 8 (01/03/12) - lost 1lb
    Week 9 (08/03/12) - lost 2lb
    Week 10 (15/03/12) - lost 1lb
    Week 11 (22/03/12) - lost 3lb
    Week 12 (28/03/12) - lost 1lb
    March - Lost 8lbs = 201lbs

    Week 13 (5/04/12) - lost 1lb
    Week 14 (12/4/12) - lost 3lb
    Week 15 (19/4/1) - STS
    Week 16 (26/4/12) - lost 4lb (into 13's) OMG SO HAPPPY
    April - Lost 8lbs = 193lbs
    Week 17 (3/5/12) - STS
    Week 18 (10/5/12) - lost 1lb
    week 19 (17/5/12) - lost 1lb
    week 20 (24/5/12) - lost 2lb

    Holiday Goal = 189lbs = 13stone 7lbs = Reached on 25th May 2012 xxx






    Mini Goal Weight -12Stone 2lbs = August Goal

    I've actually bought myself a craft foil scratch picture.
    I was going to bed early but hubbie was complaining, don't know why really he sits in one chair I sit in other and we watch crap on tv lol.
    Anyway it's a picture and you scratch over the lines to reveal shiny foil and it creats a picture, keeps my mind and hands busy

    My worst time of day for wanting to eat is the evening so I try my very best to have about 300 calories left so I can munch at night. That way I don't feel like I am missing out.

    Goal 1 - loose at least 4 lbs before Xmas day I lost 8lbs in first week - DONE
    Goal 2 - Weigh in the 14's Feb 2012[/STRIKE] so chuffed!!!!!! - DONE
    Goal 2.5 - Wear size 18's comfortably 20's are to big and 18's still slightly to small asap- DONE
    Goal 3 - Weigh in the 13's and will be at the 5 stone mark!- 2 lbs to go!!!!
    Goal 4 - Get a pair of Welly Boots that fit around my legs with my jeans tucked in
    Goal 5 - Xmas 2012 pair of Uggs and not look ridiculous in them.

    Thanks for the tips everyone.. Right I am going to get some low calorie snacks for the evening and save up some calories for them. I am also going to try and find something I can do to take my mind off food!
