We had piri piri chicken using season and shake with Mediterranean roast veggies using schwatz mix! Jus after meal ideas happy slimming :)
 
We had our 'Monday dinner'. It was ment to be our Sunday dinner yesterday but someone o_O forgot to get the chicken out the freezer in time. We had roast chicken, roast potatoes, red cabbage, parsnips, Brussels, peas and sweet corn. Yorkshire pudding and gravy. Was delicious!!
 
Chicken korma, mini poppadoms and mango chutney!
 
It seems to be Indian Monday! I had turkey tikka masala (home made) with cous cous instead of rice. Sounds a bit weird, but I promise it was nice! Has them with tesco prawn crackers which were surpringing low calorie wise.
 
I had sweet and sour chicken and ginger rice, I really need to cut down on my rice, but OH loves the stuff.

Everyone elses dinners sound yummy!
 
Low fat sausages, baby pearl potato's green beans, broccoli, peas, sweetcorn and a blooming great splosh of gravy ;) with mint sauce. Because I just fancied it!!!
 
Fish and chips :) Oven Chips & Breaded Fish for tea all done in oven

Moroccan chicken with spicy wedges and a salad. Was doing a pomegranate and orange salad (as its valentines lol) but I forgot the pomegranate!! Ah well lol

Chinese stir fry with egg noodles, all in a sweet chilli and ginger sauce (which nearly blew my tongue off) and half a jacket potato.

Then a ww yogurt
 
I had a Weight Watchers beef and veg hotpot meal, some Aunt Bessie's mash and green veg.. All for 423 calories :) was lush, just what I fancied after a big gym sesh! Xxxxxx

Errrrm take one pack of moroccan chicken from asda and bung in the oven....... :) rummage a bag of wedges out the freezer...... Chop ya salad lol ......that part I do myself :)
 
I'm having chunky chilli con carne, made with chopped beef steaks instead of minced beef :) might have some rice with it if I earn back enough calories at the gym this afternoon! X
