Hi everyone!
I've got loads of weight to lose about 4 stone and have joined the boots diet for calorie counting. So far I'm not doing too bad, but what I'm really struggling with is the evenings when I want snacks. Has anyone got any ideas for low calorie snacks please, I do really well in the day and then let myself down come the evening?
