McDonald's bagel with Philly light nice! Was even better as I had it whilst watching OH eating the greasy sausage ones! Xx
The last 3 days I've had a slice of toast and 3 pieces of fruit. It's really brought home to me how many calories there are in butter!
Today I had:
2 x Aldi's version of weetabix
250ml skimmed milk
small banana chopped
14g raisins and sultanas
15g honey

It was lovely!Even converted OH, who HATES fruit!
Thats amazing that you can get all of that food into 423 cals! May be a good breakfast for me to try when I'm back at work next week and having to eat at 6am. Its such a long time until lunchtime, i'm always hungry by 9.30!

Lovely breakfast today a weight watchers bagel with 4 ( yes 4!) turkey bacon and one grilled tomato was lovely! Trying to put a pic up was so nice and was 275 cals x
