If I'm honest I don't really do breakfast.
I must admit i'm thinking of doing the same, it'd just be interesting to see who has what if any! x
I'm not a big breakfast eater because it makes me hungry all day however I do eat something even if it's just a piece of toast or an apple or 1 weetabix because I find it jump starts my metabolism before I used to skip breakfast I wasn't loosing very well and I've seen a difference in my weight loss![]()

Black Coffee 5 cals
40g Fruit & Fibre with milk - 198 cals![]()

Porridge, 50g oats with 120ml skimmed milk, 240ml water and a bit of sweetener and cinnamon - 224 calories and yummy!
