    I'm not a big breakfast eater because it makes me hungry all day however I do eat something even if it's just a piece of toast or an apple or 1 weetabix because I find it jump starts my metabolism before I used to skip breakfast I wasn't loosing very well and I've seen a difference in my weight loss
