I just weighed in at 12 stone 4.8lb. A bit disappointed at only a 0.4lb loss, but I guess it's the right direction. NO naughty days for me next week!!!
ILOVEMFP - if it's time of month etc, I'm sure you will see a loss next week. Just keep at it and think if what you lost so far already.and the inch losses are brill anyway....which is how it all shows!!
Eeek ladies. I lost another 1lb yesterday so I'm going to record my Friday weigh in as a 3lb loss and my weight as 12st. If I don't I may think of it as a free 1lb I can gain mid week and lose again for next Friday without anyone ever knowing!
I'm loving calorie counting ;-)

Hi I'm a Friday weigher, I tend to post on xenical forum as I was on them for 4 months when I started but been off them for 4 months now.... I didn't lose this week but I was away from Wednesday last week til Sunday & came back to a 1.6lb gain which i managed to shift between Monday & this morning so am back to my lowest.
My start weight was 18st 8.5lbs
Today's weight is 13st 11.2lbs
Onwards & downwards x
It's a big fat STS for me!although I was 1lb up yesterday so I'm not complaining too much. Bumping up the willpower sync exercise next week...bring on the loses. Hehe.
