    Hello everyone, i lost 2.75lbs so am now 11st 9. Only 9 and a bit to go to get in the 10's, hopefully be there in 9 or 10 weeks! Ready for summer!
    Goals:
    • Lose 7lbs - 1lb to go
    • Lose 1st - 8lbs to go
    • Club 10 - 9.5lbs to go
    • Lose 1.5st - 15lbs to go
    • Target! - 16lbs to go
    • 28" waist - 2" to go (measure every 4 weeks)

    Just wanna say "Hi" and that I'll be using this thread. I weigh 12 stone 8 today.

    I don't technically calorie count- I had hoped that eating healthy will keep my weight more or less the same and then I would shift the weight through a more active lifestyle. Well, the last 3 weeks I've not been feeling my best, so there was a real lack of exercise. Then on top of that my eating habits have been really bad - not healthy at all and portions are more than generous So, here I am. I am going to keep an eye on my breakfasts and snack habits starting from now, so hopefully my weight won't go up anymore.
