    is it better to be over or under?

    On calories. I do 1200 cals a day it always tells me off when I eat under by like 3 cals but I tend go 20ish over. Do you try to get spot on or just try to get close over or above?

    Eat more healthy fats (nuts fish etc)

    Fit in 10/8 comfortably
    Lose my wobbly tummy
    Lose my muffin top
    Go on Sun holiday and love wearing a bikini.
    Get rid of all old clothing that's big
    Find a balance between happiness, food, and exercise

    At 1200 its best to be over otherwise you risk going into starvation mode. I'm trying 1450 so I have room to be under ... But that rarely happens

    Here every time I try to reset it it always puts me at 1200. When I do the BMR. Bit on the site it says mine is 1,649.

    So since the websites say my bmr is 1691 I should aim for that every day?! Hell I'm not sure I could eat that much.

    What I meant is that I tried to eat 1600 cals today and found it too much and it made me feel bloated. So I'm going to go down to where I'm comfortable. I see my Dr Thursday and so ill ask then what she thinks is the best course as for 7 months I only ate 600,1600 is a big shock. It's all confusing this cal stuff lol

    The more I read the more confused I get ...!!!! I don't know know what to do for the best :-(
