    I have little goals in head too. Reach a certain bmi 5lbs off etc. I've got a longggg road also. Little steps though. Best of luck xx

    Thanks!! I just try and keep below 100carbs and my allowance. And put chilli in everything!! Ha ha! No idea if that works but it helps me. Porridge and soup I eat a lot. Helps to keep me satisfied. X
